iQOO Neo 5 To Support 66W Flash Charge, 30 Minutes Of Blood Recovery

VIVO’s sub-brand iQOO is gearing up for its upcoming smartphone launch where the brand will unveil its next-gen iQOO Neo 5. The smartphone will see its official release on March 16 which is more than a week away. Today, the company continued to warm up the phone, revealing that the phone supports 66W flash charging. So, you can fully charge it in 30 minutes.

The previous generation iQOO Neo 3 supports 44W fast charging. This time iQOO Neo 5 will further upgrade the fast charging to 66W. Although it is not as good as the 120W of the flagship model iQOO 7, it is currently the fastest charging speed of the Snapdragon 870 smartphone. Apart from the fast-charging support, iQOO has also confirmed the dual-cell 4,400mAh battery. According to the brand, the device will go from zero to 50% in just 10 minutes. On the other hand, it will also support 45W PD allowing you to charge other devices like laptops and cameras.

At present, the official has announced a number of features of the iQOO Neo 5, including Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 + independent display chip. It enhanced UFS 3.1, using Samsung V6 128-layer high-speed memory chip. The phone is also using “memory fusion” technology. It is also worth noting that through algorithm optimization part of the ROM of the phone is expanded to RAM. At the same time, it supports 12GB of storage to obtain an experience equivalent to 15GB of storage.

Regarding the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC on iQOO Neo 5, the processor comes with a large 3.2GHz core, three 2.42GHz mid-cores, and four 1.8GHz small cores. The GPU model is Adreno 650. It is consistent with the Snapdragon 865 Plus.
