The Xiaomi POCO M3 was officially released in India. This smartphone boasts of a unique design with a large camera area on the back panel.
The POCO M3 is the third-generation M series product of the POCO brand, which inherited last year’s POCO M2. This device was first launched in November last year. It uses a unique design that includes a large camera area on the back. The Xiaomi Poco M3 sports a 6.53-inch IPS LCD screen with a stunning pixel density of 395ppi. The device flaunts a bezel-less waterdrop notch display that has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The smartphone estimates a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, which is quite impressive considering its price range.
The smartphone is packed with a triple camera setup on its rear side with a 48MP primary lens and a 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera accompanied by a 2MP depth lens. There is also an 8MP selfie shooter on the front side of the device.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 comes with 6GB RAM teamed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset. Moreover, the smartphone sports an Adreno 610 GPU and an octa-core quad-core Kryo 260 processor functioning at a speed of 2GHz and 1.8GHz looks after its performance.
A massive 6,000mAh battery powers up the device supported by 22.5W fast charging technology. The battery is non-replaceable and Li-polymeric in nature. Further, on the side of connectivity, the smartphone is compatible with the 4G VoLTE network, besides other features like Mobile Hotspot, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, and v5 Bluetooth, USB Type-C, USB charging.
In terms of the price of POCO M3 in India, the 6GB+64GB version costs INR 9,999 (approximately RMB 885), and the price of the 6GB+128GB version is INR 10,999 (approximately RMB 974). This smartphone is available in three colors – Power black, POCO yellow, and also cool blue.
