Xiaomi POCO M3 with 6000MAh Battery Announced

The new product, the thousand-yuan POCO M3, is about to debut. On January 26, Xiaomi’s POCO official Twitter announced that Xiaomi POCO M3 will debut in India and may be officially released next month. It comes in a textured anti-fingerprint finish and three colors – Power Black, Cool Blue, and the flashy POCO Yellow.

Xiaomi POCO M3 focuses on the long battery life. Its battery capacity is 6000mAh. In addition, it also supports 18W fast charging. It can satisfy heavy users for a whole day without stress. Poco claims it will be sufficient for up to 5 days of light use, 3 days of moderate and a day and a half of heavy use. Some will appreciate the claim of 2 and a half years of use without notable degradation, too.

Not only that, the design of the Xiaomi POCO M3 is also a major highlight. Its camera area is similar to the OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition, with three cameras and the main camera of 48 million pixels.

The overall parameters

Further, Xiaomi POCO M3 uses a 6.53-inch full screen with FHD+ resolution, LCD material. Unfortunately, the display only has a 60Hz refresh rate, but this still is a standard for budget smartphones. The display is covered with Gorilla Glass 3 and has TUV Rheinland’s Blue Light certification. The machine sports Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor. According to the brand, the 11nm chipset was the perfect choice for the budget device since it is cheaper.

Under the hood, the Poco M3 has an 11nm Snapdragon 662 chipset with 4GB of RAM. The storage can be 64GB or 128GB. In terms of cameras, there are rear 48MP + 2MP + 2MP triple cameras. On the other hand, the smartphone supports dual-band WiFi. There are also stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster on the Poco M3.
