Realme New Machine’s Design Patent Image Leaked

Although 2020 is coming to the end, the smartphone industry will return to a relatively quiet period of time in the future. This is a rare time to take a break in digital work every year. But there are still some new phones that should come during this period. For example, today, the appearance patent drawing of a brand-new model under Realme has been exposed.

Realme patent

A few days ago, a Weibo blogger posted a patent design drawing of a model that was not rumored before. Although the blogger did not point out the name of the machine and other relevant background information, the patent drawing was published so far. From a point of view, this new machine of the Realme brand will adopt a face-to-face hole-punch screen design. The front camera is in the upper left corner of the screen. The aperture of the opening is also extremely small.

On the back of the fuselage, the machine has more highlights. For example, the rear camera module of this machine will adopt a unique oval design. There are a total of 5 openings on it. One of the openings is for the flash, and the other is for the square opening. If nothing else, it should be a periscope lens. From this perspective, the positioning of the phone will not be too low. After all, there is no precedent for entry-level smartphones which have periscope cameras.

In addition, the machine will retain a 3.5mm headphone jack. Judging from the shape of the data interface next to it, it is not a Type-C interface, but the obsolete Micro USB2.0 interface. So, it makes people confused. However, it should be noted that there is often a certain gap between the appearance patent drawings and the final models.
