Lei Jun’s conclusion about the company

Last night, Lei Jun said that one of the most core conclusions after reviewing Xiaomi for ten years is: “Mi fans are the most important cornerstone of Xiaomi’s development. To make friends with Mi fans, this sincere and passionate heart, we have never and will never waver at all.

In the past ten years, the company has continued to grow up. And the market structure it faces has become more complicated and the competition situation has become more intense. Compared with ten years ago, now, Xiaomi and I both need the help and support of Mi Fans. We also need more opinions and suggestions from Mi Fans. We need them not only for product design and polishing but also for Xiaomi’s brand building and corporate governance.”
