Xiaomi CC9 Pro Releases First MIUI 12 Version Based On Android 11

The Xiaomi CC9 Pro was released on November 5, 2019. It features a rear camera of up to 100MP and a Snapdragon 730G processor. In terms of price, the phone’s 6GB+128GB variant costs 2799 yuan ($391), the 8GB+128GB version is 3099 yuan ($433). Plus, the 8GB+256GB premium version’s price is 3499 yuan ($489).

At present, the latest MIUI12 version of the Xiaomi CC9 Pro is V12.0.1.0.QFDCNXM stable version. But there ha been no official announcement concerning the MIUI 12 based on Android 11. Today, some users claimed that they are getting the first MIUI 12 development beta version based on Android 11.

We were informed that the updated content of this version includes:

Browser: A new multi-window page, with a newly closed module. It can easily restore previously closed web pages;

The web video player has been reworked. Under most web pages, it can support 0.75-3 times the speed of playback, video download, and screen projection;

The history functions such as horizontal and vertical view of window pages are offline, which simplifies the operation of adding bookmarks, and moved “Add to Desktop” to “Menu-Toolbox”

The new search start page, added bookmarks and frequently visited modules, search and access to bookmarks can be operated on the same page, which is more convenient.

Little about Xiaomi CC9 Pro

The smartphone comes with a 6.47-inch and 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution screen. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protects the screen of the device.

The rear camera consists of a 108 MP (wide) + 5 MP (upscaled to 8MP) (telephoto) 5x optical zoom + 12 MP 50mm (telephoto) 2x optical zoom + 20 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (dedicated macro camera) lenses.

The front camera has a 32 MP sensor. The phone’s sensors include Fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.

The smartphone sports a non-removable Li-Po 5260 mAh battery + Fast battery charging 30W (58% in 30 min., 100% in 65 min.) + USB Power Delivery.
