According to Androidcentral, OnePlus’ next budget model will be named the OnePlus Nord SE. It will have a 65W fast charging function of OnePlus 8T.
The first-generation OnePlus Nord, equipped with the Snapdragon 765G chip, made its debut in July and quickly became a best-selling product in markets such as India. The OnePlus is followed by OnePlus Nord N10 5G and Nord N100. They will go on sale later this month.
According to internal sources, OnePlus’ Nord series next year will be OnePlus Nord SE. Like the Nord N10 5G and N100, the Nord SE is a budget model with some good upgrades.
The OnePlus Nord SE is codenamed Ebba. The main upgrade of the phone is the Warp Charge, which is the 65W fast charging technology that debuted on the OnePlus 8T. Generally speaking, most of the models with the SE suffix are reverse upgrade configurations. But the possibility of forward upgrades is not ruled out.
Like the OnePlus 8T, the OnePlus Nord SE will come with a 4500mAh battery. It takes less than 40 minutes to fully charge through 65W fast charge. According to source, the phone will be unveiled shortly after the release of the OnePlus 9. The latter is scheduled to be released in March 2021. The OnePlus Nord N10 5G and N100 debuted only 12 days after the launch of the OnePlus 8T. So the news is highly credible.
