The results will be announced on January 17.

The Redmi Note 8 series is a thousand yuan ($ 145) smartphone. Redmi launched it in the second half of 2019. “High quality” is a highlight of the mentioned device.

The founder of Xiaomi, Chairman and CEO of the Xiaomi Group, Lei Jun spoke about the company’s strategy. He said that innovation determines how high to fly and quality determines how far. In that position, I carefully focused on quality for one year. In the year that I was the chairman of the Quality Committee, there were 254 quality-related meetings. The meetings were large and small, to look at each detail one by one, and each department set up a quality department. Therefore, after the arduous work done in the past few years, Xiaomi’s product quality has made great progress.”

Lu Weibing emphasized that Redmi’s mission is to popularize high-end products, improve the quality of popular products. In this way, the company wants to achieve the ultimate price/performance ratio.
