At the 2019 Honor Anniversary Event this afternoon, the 16GB RAM Ryzen version of the Honor MagicBook 14/15 notebooks was officially released.
Earlier on November 26, Honor held a press conference in Beijing and launched a new generation of Honor MagicBook 14/15 notebooks. At the time, only the Ryzen version was launched. And now the Intel version comes with the Comet Lake 10th generation Core processors. The Intel version will be on sale on January 1, 2020.
Key features of these notebooks
Honor MagicBook’s new notebook uses a three-sided narrow bezel and a diamond-cut blue edge design. That brings more stylish look. It also passed the Low Blue Light Certification from Rheinland.
In terms of hardware, both notebooks use AMD’s Ryzen 5 processor, and the entire series uses PCIe NVMe SSD and DDR4 memory. In addition, the notebook also uses a hidden camera and fingerprint power switch.

The notebook supports 13.2 hours of 1080P video playback, 12 hours of web browsing, or 13 hours of daily office work. MagicBook also uses a USB Type-C charging interface. It can charge 46% in 30 minutes. It is said, that traveling with a charging head is enough.
The notebook uses 14-inch and 15.6-inch full-screen designs. And the notebooks are equipped with RX Vega integrated graphics. Glacier Silver and Starry Gray are available in two colors.
In addition, MagicBook Pro Ruilong has a newly added Charm Starfish blue color, which is more compatible with Honor mobile phones, and also has 16GB of large memory. It adopts a Ruilong 5 processor, 512GB hard disk and Win10 operating system.
On the other hand, the number of fan blades has increased by 49. %, The effective air volume is increased by 38%. The heat dissipation capacity is increased by 38%.
In terms of prices, the Honor MagicBook 14 notebook and Honor MagicBook 15 notebook with 16GB memory is both 4199 yuan ($587). And the Intel version notebooks cost 5099-5899yuan ($713-825).
