ZMI 20W Charger Is On The Shelf With The Price Of 39 Yuan ($5)

As you may already know, Apple decided to remove the charging adapter from the iPhone 12 retail box in a bid to help in conserving the planet. The “gesture” was even extended to the older models like the iPhone 11 and iPhone SE 2020. This decision no doubt created a lucrative market for third-party accessories manufacturers. Xiaomi‘s ecological chain company ZMI has taken advantage of this by launching a Power Delivery (PD) 20W adapter for the iPhone 12.

Apple iPhone 12 series has canceled the bonus charging head. If you don’t have one at home, you need to buy it separately. Considering that Apple’s official 20W charging head costs up to 149 Yuan ($21), it is estimated that many users will choose third-party brand charging heads.

That’s why Xiaomi’s ecological chain company ZMI recently launched the ZMI USB-C fast charger 20W. It is pre-sold at only 39 yuan, which is much cheaper than Apple’s official charging head.

ZMI PD Adapter

The ZMI PD adapter comes with support for 20W fast charging. As you should know, the iPhone 12 will ship with a USB-C to lightning cable. Thus, the adapter utilizes a USB-C output port.

The charging adapter weighs just 42.8g, which is lighter than that of Apple. It can be easily put into a backpack for travel. It supports 100-240V voltage range, covering most areas of the world’s city network voltage standard range. Thus, you can use it in any part of the world you travel to.

It is compatible with PD3.0/QC3.0/FCP fast charging protocols. So this charging head can provide 20W fast charging for the iPhone 12, Xiaomi Mi 10 and Huawei Mate30 series. The imported chip solution is used to intelligently identify and match the current of the connected device to protect the battery from damage.

To conclude, instead of buying Apple’s 20W charging head, you can try this affordable version of Xiaomi.
