Xiaomi Apollo Appeared On Geekbench: To Sport Either SND855+ or SND865

A new Xiaomi machine with the model Xiaomi M2007J1SC recently appeared in the Geekbench database. The running scores show that the phone uses an octa-core Qualcomm processor with a base frequency of 1.8GHz. Also, it comes with up to 16GB of running memory. A single-core test result is 901 points and a multi-core test result is 3275 points (based on Geekbench 5.1.0 for Android AArch64).

A well-known Weibo tipster once said that Xiaomi’s new flagship has been certified to enter the market in early July. The Internet access model was M2007J1SC. The blogger also said that this model is the new flagship code-named Apollo. The models in different regions are M2007J1S*. They have appeared with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor onboard. Also, we know the Xiaomi Apollo will sport a 108MP main camera, support high refresh rate and high zoom.  It should appear around the month, but only for overseas markets.

The current Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor has an average point for the single-core test of 852 and 3169 points for the multi-core test.

Among the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus models that have been launched, the Lenovo Savior Gaming Phone Pro recently scored 989 points for single-core and 3331 points for multi-core; ASUS ROG gaming phone 3 scored 973 points for single-core and 3230 points for multi-core in the latest run. So there is every reason to think this handset will be positioning in the gaming smartphone niche and will compete with the aforementioned models. But we don’t think it will be a Black Shark smartphone because usually the latter comes with a Black Shark name.
