In the afternoon of March 19, the core parameters of the Redmi K30 Pro screen were officially announced.
According to the official introduction, the entire series of Redmi K30 Pro is equipped with Samsung AMOLED screens as standard, with a refresh rate of 60Hz and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. It uses Samsung E3 material, the contrast reached 5000000:1, the maximum brightness is 800 nits, and the peak brightness reached 1200 nits and passed HDR10+ certification.
The company emphasizes that the Redmi K30 Pro is not only free of water drops and holes, but also has a TÜV Rheinland global eye protection certification.
In addition to the global eye protection certification, the Redmi K30 Pro also passed the high gaming performance certification.
It is worth noting that the silver version of the Redmi K30 Pro was also exposed in the official poster.
TÜV Rheinland Global Eye Care Certification is the highest specification certification launched by the company in the field of smartphone display. The testing items include the four test dimensions of screen display quality, ambient light management, eye protection technology, and health and comfort guidelines. High game performance certification consists of 35 tests in four dimensions: network communication, screen display, battery life, performance, and experience.
In addition, according to Redmi’s official introduction, in addition to the standard Samsung E3 AMOLED screen, the Redmi K30 Pro also has a new sun screen + luminous screen technology. At the same time, it also adds full-range DC dimming and eye protection technology to solve the problem of dark light flicker.
In terms of specifications, the Redmi K30 Pro is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 flagship platform. It supports SA/NSA dual-mode 5G. There is a 64MP main sensor (Sony IMX686), and the zoom version may support dual OIS. The battery supports 33W flash charge.
Redmi K30 Pro Heat Dissipation
In addition, the Redmi K30 Pro is equipped with a 3435mm² VC liquid-cooled heat sink, which is officially claimed to bring ‘extremely cool’ heat dissipation performance. Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi Group China and General Manager of Redmi brand, said that VC hot plate is the abbreviation of Vapor Chamber. Its full name is ‘vacuum cavity hot plate cooling technology’.
In simple terms, VC liquid cooling is a copper tube liquid cooling technology. Although both are based on the principle of gas-liquid phase change, the difference is that the heat pipe only has a ‘linear’ effective heat conduction capacity in one direction. VC is equivalent to ‘line-to-surface’, which can better remove heat from all directions and completely stimulate the performance of mobile phones.
Finally, the Redmi K30 Pro will debut on March 24.
