Today was a big day for Xiaomi. It not only released a number of new and amazing products such as the Xiaomi Mi Band 5, the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro, the GAN charger, but also launched existing models in some regions. Say, the Redmi 9 landed in Spain, while the Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon version went to India.
The Redmi 9 is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G80 processor. Also, there is a 4GB LPDDR4x memory and 64GB storage. The price is 179 euros, while the 3GB+32GB version costs 149 euros.
Its body size is 163.32×77.01×9.1mm, and the phone weighs 198g. So single-hand operations won’t cause any inconvenience. Also, the phone sports a 6.53-inch FHD+ water drop screen. The screen ratio is 19.5:9 and a peak brightness is 400 nits. The display is covered with a Gorilla Glass 3 panel.
In terms of photography, the Redmi 9’s front camera has an 8MP resolution and an f/2.0 aperture. On the back, we can find four cameras: 13MP f/2.2 main camera, 8MP f/2.2 wide-angle lens, 5MP f/2.5 macro lens, and 2MP depth-of-field lens.
Under the hood, it features a built-in 5020mAh battery, which supports 18W QC3.0 fast charging and Bluetooth 5.0. It is equipped with a USB-C interface, has NFC function, and has a fingerprint recognition.
Xiaomi Mi Notebook 14 and Horizon version
Today, Xiaomi released Mi NoteBook 14 and the Horizon version in India. The former one is equipped with the tenth generation Core i7 processor and an MX350 standalone GPU. This variant is priced at 41999 rupees ($551).
The Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon edition has a more modern design. And with optional 10th-generation i5 and i7 processors, MX350 graphics card, 8GB of RAM and 512GB SSD, it is quite a good option. By the way, this version costs 54,999 ($722).
It should be noted that Xiaomi Mi NoteBook is specially built for India. Two variants come with a special Mi Webcam.
