Xiaomi released the Mi TV Q1 globally yesterday. It features a 75-inch 120Hz 4K QLED screen with 192 full-array dimming areas. Thanks to 192 zones of full-array local dimming, the set reaches a contrast of 10,000:1. If you don’t want to hook up a soundbar to the TV, you can use the integrated 30W stereo system comprised of two tweeters and four woofers.

According to the specifications provided by Xiaomi, the Mi TV Q1 has a 100% NTSC color gamut, 1.07 billion color coverage. On the other hand, the TV supports 1024 color gradients for each RGB channel, that is, a 10-bit display. Xiaomi has also confirmed that the TV has passed Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HLG certifications.

In terms of configuration, Xiaomi TV Q1 sports MediaTek MT9611 TV chipset. On the software side, the set runs Android TV 10, giving you access to all the usual apps, streaming services. The Mi Q1 has a built-in microphone that allows you to use it as a Google Assistant-equipped smart speaker without having to reach for a remote. The microphone can be turned off with a switch, and if you don’t like the Assistant, the TV is also compatible with Amazon Alexa.

The Mi TV Q1 will be launched in Europe on March 10. The retail price is only $1513. It is approximately RMB 10,092. At the same time, Xiaomi will sell 30 sets of the Xiaomi Mi TV Q1s in a limited edition at a special price of $1198.
