Samsung S20 / S20 + / Ultra will sport Snapdragon 865 + LPDDR5 + UFS3.0 with 16GB memory

Today, Xiaomi announced, that the Xiaomi Mi 10 will be released with Micron LPDDR5 memory chips. Chang Cheng also said that the flagship smartphone will come with a Snapdragon 865 CPU + LPDDR5 + UFS3.0 as standard. Afterward, digital bloggers have further revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S20 series will be equipped with Snapdragon 865 + LPDDR5 + UFS3.0 as standard. This device will come mainly with 12GB memory and 16GB memory. It is also expected, the LPDDR5 here is likely to be Samsung’s own.

Today, the official website of Samsung China’s updated the reservation page for the 2020 Galaxy new product launch. In the pictures, Samsung’s new product launch will happen at 3 am on February 12 from Beijing time.

According to the information that is currently available, the Samsung Galaxy S20 series will come in three versions: The Galaxy S20, S20 +, and S20 Ultra. The screen sizes of the three versions are 6.2-inch, 6.7-inch and 6.9-inch. The smartphones will support a 120Hz refresh rate infinity-O display. The AMOLED screens of the device are pre-installed with an Android 10. In terms of configuration, the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is coming with a 12-MP rear triple camera and a built-in 4000mAh battery. The Galaxy S20 + 5G supports a 12-MP rear quad camera and a built-in 4500mAh battery, as well. The S20 Ultra is using a 108-MP wide-angle lens + 48-MP telephoto camera + 12-MP ultra-wide-angle lens + ToF sensor. The latter will come with a support of 10x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom.
