The Xiaomi Xiaoai portable speaker supports one-key wake-up of the voice assistant. Smart voice buttons and pickup microphone are placed on top of the speaker. Users can tap to wake up Xiao Ai and use the smart voice interaction function.
With the Xiao Ai app, the Xiaoai portable speaker can set the speaker shutdown mode and custom modification of the speaker name, and can view information such as the connection status and the current power. In addition, the Xiaoai portable speaker connects to smartphones through the voice assistant. Thus, it understands voice commands to play music, songs, and audio books.
The Xiaomi Xiaoi portable speaker adopts the shape of a vertical radio and a circular divergent mesh. This is better with the sound field pointing effect. The ABS + PC material-made body carries a Type-C interface. The overall look has a simple white round shape.
We also learned that the Xiao Ai portable speaker supports MIUI phone fast connection. Turn on the speaker, the MIUI system can automatically pop up the window for Bluetooth connection (the distance between the speaker and the smartphone is within 20cm. So you need to confirm that the Bluetooth function of the smartphone is turned on normally).
Xiaomi also said that at present, the latest MIUI system supports a fast connection for these models: Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 10, and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro. More models are in adaption works.
