According to Tom’s Hardware reports, AMD’s AMD R9 3950X 16-core, 32-thread R will be release next month. Now it’s been out performance tests, under water cooling conditions up to 16 nuclear-wide nuclear 4.3GHz.
According to reports, Gigabyte has released the AMD R9 3950X overclocking guide. Which uses a powerful liquid-cooled solution to achieve a 4.3 GHz frequency on 16 cores at a voltage of approximately 1.4V.
In the unoverclocked state, Ryzen 9 3950X scored 3,932 points in the Cinebench R15 multi-core running. 92.4% higher than the Core i9-9900K, and 25.5% higher than the Ryzen 9 3900X.
In terms of temperature, Gigabyte points out that the operating temperature of Ryzen 9 3950X is similar to that of last year’s Ryzen 7 2700X. It means that the heat dissipation pressure of the 16-core Ryzen 9 3950X and the 8-core Ryzen 7 2700X is similar.
